Phone Consultation

I offer a 20-minute phone consultation. During this time I will share more about my practice and answer any questions you may have to help determine if we’re a good fit.

Therapy Sessions

I offer in-person and virtual weekly therapy sessions for individuals who are 18 years of age and older. I do not offer bi-weekly appointments, as that limited frequency can inhibit therapeutic work.

50 mins | $140

Sliding Scale

In an attempt to make therapy more accessible, I have several sliding scale slots available in my practice. Please let me know in our initial phone consultation if this is something that would help facilitate our working together.

Insurance

I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Network, Kaiser PPO, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans. If you have another insurance plan, please inquire in our phone consultation, as I may be able to provide a superbill for reimbursement.
