Phone Consultation
I offer a 20-minute phone consultation. During this time I will share more about my practice and answer any questions you may have to help determine if we’re a good fit.

Therapy Sessions
I offer in-person and virtual weekly therapy sessions for individuals who are 18 years of age and older. I do not offer bi-weekly appointments, as that limited frequency can inhibit therapeutic work.

Sliding Scale
In an attempt to make therapy more accessible, I have several sliding scale slots available in my practice. Please let me know in our initial phone consultation if this is something that would help facilitate our working together.
Insurance
I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem plans. If you have another insurance plan, please inquire in our phone consultation, as I may be able to provide a superbill for reimbursement.
