Phone Consultation
I offer a 20-minute complementary phone consultation. During this time I can share more about my practice and orientation and answer any questions you may have to help determine if we’re a good fit.

Therapy Sessions
I offer in-person and virtual weekly therapy sessions for individuals who are 18 years of age and older. I do not offer bi-weekly appointments, as that limited frequency can inhibit therapeutic work.

Fee Structure
Sliding Scale
In an attempt to make therapy more accessible, I have several sliding scale slots available in my practice. Please let me know in our initial phone consultation if this is something that would help facilitate our working together.
Insurance
Starting July 1st, I will be an in-network provider with Premera, Lifewise, and some Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. If you have another insurance plan, please inquire in phone consultation, as I may be able to provide a superbill for reimbursement.
